The Washington pay range for this position is from $23.18 to $39.81. Exact rate of pay will be based on relevant experience level, training, skills or knowledge and store location. In no instance will PetSmart pay less than the local minimum wage. This position is also eligible for a monthly profit share based on individual and store salon’s performance, as well as benefits, as described at .
