As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be a key part of our Data Enrichment team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our client data. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:
Handle voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
Verify information provided by third parties using online databases.
Review and complete data enrichment tasks as trained.
Perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and follow up with various state boards for status updates.
Ensure tasks are executed on time and meet quality standards.
Additional duties and tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Comfortable with both voice and non-voice processes.
Experience in call centers, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Adaptable and flexible, able to handle process and information changes.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Equipped to work from home with a stable internet connection.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $16 USD per hour
