Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team as a Voice Data Entry Agent! In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients' data quality while contributing to a positive work environment.

What You'll Do:

Engage in both voice and non-voice processes as needed.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
Verify information from third-party sources using online databases to ensure accuracy.
Complete enrichment tasks as outlined in client training.
Perform data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards on status updates.
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all tasks.
Take on additional duties as required.
Compensation: $16 USD/hour

Qualifications:

Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes.
Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for 40 hours per week, starting immediately.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to navigate process and information changes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Must have a suitable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
Proficiency with computers is preferred.
