POSITION DETAILS:

We are a privately owned & operated franchise searching for a good fit to join the team at our Myrtle Beach and Conway locations! We do prefer to hire a candidate who can travel to both locations, but training will take place in only one location for at least the first 3 months. We need someone with above-average computer/phone/internet skills, a friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor, professional appearance and attitude, and excellent customer service. This is a customer-facing position with heavy traffic and a fast pace, so you must be able to multitask. Due to the number of services we offer, our training takes up to 6 months, so this position is for someone looking for long-term employment. Our stores are open 7 days a week to better serve our customers, with much shorter weekend hours, so weekend availability is necessary. Students are also encouraged to apply and we are happy to work full-time hours around a school schedule if possible!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Weekend availability
• Above-average computer, phone, & internet skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to stand for entire shifts & lift 50 pounds
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable & on time, with your own transportation
• Strong math & verbal skills
• Full December availability - requested time off is not allowed for most of December

POSITION PAY RATE:

Our starting pay is from $13 per hour but is based on experience, with fast & timely increases based on related experience and on-the-job knowledge and skill. We support continued growth and knowledge in your position so you can grow your pay!
