Job Description

We are seeking a member-focused, energetic, and friendly Universal Banker to join our team at the Kaufman Branch. The UB will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships, fostering trust, and upholding integrity in all interactions, whether with Members, potential Members, or colleagues. Additionally, the UB will schedule appointments and serve as a backup for the branch Teller. This role also involves community engagement, representing the Credit Union at various Kaufman community and Chamber of Commerce events.

Responsibilities:

Open new accounts and perform account maintenance for Members.
Respond to inquiries and efficiently process Member requests.
Conduct drive-thru transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account transfers.
Take ownership of Member issues and work towards their resolution.
Identify Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
Attend Greenville community events as an ambassador of the Credit Union
