About the Position
Extensive food and wine knowledge, and prior experience with a multi-course, fine-dining menu are preferred for candidates applying for a role as one of our Sommeliers. Sommeliers are expected to work closesly with the captains to enhance the guests experience. Leading all guests questions about the wine list, opening and decanting, etc.
