Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Territory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with small businesses, a strong understanding of the beverage industry, and the drive to grow sales within their assigned territory. You will play a pivotal role in representing Xpress Cash and Carry, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting independent retailers to maximize their success with our products.



Key Responsibilities



  • Territory Management:

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of independent retailers in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
    • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Regularly visit clients to build relationships, identify needs, and provide product recommendations.
  • Sales Growth:

    • Promote the Coca-Cola product portfolio, including new launches and promotions, to increase product placement and volume.
    • Identify and onboard new retail customers into the Xpress Cash and Carry system.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Account Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the territory, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
    • Educate retailers on the benefits of partnering with Xpress Cash and Carry, including access to national beverage brands and tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and promotional execution.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account information, and market feedback.
    • Report on key performance metrics, including sales volume, new accounts opened, and overall territory performance.
Qualifications



  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with independent retail channels and/or cash and carry operations is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and sales goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
