**Sales Development Representative (SDR) Opportunity**

We're a leading software provider for Community Association Management (CAM) companies, serving over half of the new homes built in America today. Our solution helps CAM professionals save time and money by transforming small businesses. We're now expanding our dynamic SDR team and seeking competitive individuals who are ready to bring their A-game.
**What We Offer:**
- Base pay range: $45,000 - $55,000 with uncapped commission
- Clear career progression: Opportunity to advance from SDR role within 8-12 months
- Comprehensive coaching at multiple levels:
1. One-on-one meetings with sales leadership
2. Collective sales meetings
3. Peer shadowing and roleplaying
**Performance Expectations:**
After initial training, the SDR quota is 45+ calls per day and at least 10 meetings set and held per month.
Ramp-up period:
- Month 1: 1 meeting set and held
- Month 2: 3 meetings set and held
- Month 3: 6 meetings set and held
- Month 4 and beyond: 10 meetings set and held
**Location:**
Preference for Clearwater, FL or Knoxville, TN, but we're open to remote arrangements for exceptional candidates.
**Ideal Candidates:**
- Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed
- Ability to "read the room" and guide prospects towards decisions
- Resilient and able to pivot from rejection
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 6 months of in-person or phone sales experience
- Preferred:
- Successful SaaS sales experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Salesloft
- Standout qualities:
- Proven success in B2B sales
- CAM industry experience
- Results-driven mindset with tenacity and resilience
- Eagerness to learn from feedback and adapt to evolving strategies
- Willingness to travel up to 5% (team events, industry conferences, New Hire Orientation)
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
