Contractor Qualification Requirements: Urgent Clinic Coverage 6.1 Experience: The Contractor shall have thirty-six (36) months of nursing experience and/or ER experience with a minimum of twelve months (12) in the specialty required by the contract, unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. 6.2 Level of Professional Development: 6.2.1 Degree or diploma from a professional nursing program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the tie the program was completed by the applicant. 6.2.2 Applicants must have active, current registration as a professional nurse in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. 6.2.3 Current certification in BLS, ACLS, AND PALS. Must have current state driver s license. 6.2.4 Experience that equips the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled Overtime: The Contractor shall be subject to working longer hours if patient load demands are present and rotating shifts to provide coverage in the Outpatient, Women s Health, Pediatric and/or Urgent Care Clinic and (if necessary to work at CCHCF Outpatient and Inpatient Departments Sunday to Saturday 40 hours).
