Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst Full-time

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Experience: 6-10 Years

We're searching for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify and resolve issues before product release.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Automate repetitive testing tasks using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Ensure that software meets quality standards and requirements before release.
• Provide clear and detailed documentation of testing processes and results.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in QA methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestComplete).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
