Responsibilities: • Administer prescribed medications and treatments. • Assist in medical procedures and examinations. • Educate patients and families on healthcare practices. • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records. • Diligently monitor and document patient symptoms and vital signs to accurately monitor progress and promptly detect any changes. • Assist physicians and registered nurses in performing medical procedures and examinations efficiently. Qualifications: • Active RN or LVN license specific to Texas. • At least two years of healthcare experience . • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • BLS/CPR certification required. • Applicants should have at least two years of previous experience working in a healthcare setting. • Proficiently documenting medical records accurately is a necessity for this role. • The ideal candidate will demonstrate adeptness in task prioritization and efficient management of multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
