We are looking for a talented Patent Legal Secretary Floater to become an integral part of our growing patent law firm. Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare correspondence for clients and general communication.
Prepare and file new patent applications and formal documents, such as Powers of Attorney, Declarations, Assignments, and Information Disclosure Statements.
Create reports using Excel and other software.
Monitor USPTO and client deadlines, along with attorney calendars, to ensure timely action.
Interpret and adhere to special client instructions.
Interact effectively with staff at all levels to foster a collaborative environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

A minimum of two years of experience in intellectual property law.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
