What’s a typical day as an Operations Assistant?• Support the execution and operation of various manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ensure production schedules and quality specifications are met, managing operator’s process compliance
• Execute cost reduction programs, productivity improvement, and efficiency initiatives
• Present accurate and timely production data in appropriate format to management.
• Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including Kronos badge activation and new hire paperwork.
• Track attendance and administer attendance policies.
• Administer PPE orders for the safety vending machine.
• Administer the monthly Safety and Quality Trainings.
• Review time cards and use Excel to manage/enforce attendance points policy.
• Order office supplies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have prior operations experience
• Have experience handling time cards and administering attendance using points policy (Kronos software experience preferred)
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Have prior experience managing attendance preferred
• Have a high school diploma/GED
**Job may involve lifting 35-50 lbs. repeatedly, bending, reaching, and stooping.
**Walking and moving required throughout shift.
