Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NetSuite Administrator, Developer & Architect to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in configuring and maintaining the NetSuite system. You'll collaborate with team members across various departments and work closely with external development teams to customize solutions, resolve user issues, and streamline processes within NetSuite. Your expertise will help us establish best practices that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to NetSuite functionality, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance.
Communicate effectively with end users, project consultants, and NetSuite Support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide ongoing technical support and training to NetSuite users, always striving for best practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to understand and enhance business processes.
Prioritize and scope activities based on business impact and customer needs.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to design, estimate, build, rollout, and maintain system enhancements.
Coordinate with consultants on complex NetSuite projects.
Manage configuration changes, including fields, workflows, roles/permissions, layouts, custom objects, and dashboards.
Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs as needed.
Document key operational processes and system improvements.
Lead integration efforts for third-party products with NetSuite and oversee testing for new implementations.
Develop and maintain Suitelets, ensuring optimal system performance.
Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and system effectiveness.
Stay current with NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration best practices.
Customize roles for new users and manage access for existing roles.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NetSuite administration.
At least 2 years of experience with relational database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
Minimum of 2 years of development experience using JavaScript/SuiteScript.

Knowledge of PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
NetSuite Administrator Certification.
Proficiency in Oracle and SQL query languages.
Other Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
