The Marketing Database Analyst uses data to generate personalized communications in order to promote amenities of the property. They are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all database marketing. Other responsibilities include analysis of gaming, promotional, food and beverage, travel center, and hotel performance, communicating results, and working with management and IT to develop the database and marketing systems. They create reports that allow management of various areas to make educated revenue-driving decisions. They also coordinate, design, and implement the use of technology to improve guest experience.
