Maintenance Technician

Seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment by performing maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

* Execute maintenance tasks and repairs as per job requirements, including the calibration of production equipment.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and repairs to align with production schedules.
* Implement preventive maintenance assignments to minimize downtime and optimize equipment efficiency.
* Coordinate with operations, production, and facility managers to plan and prioritize maintenance activities effectively.
* Report facility or equipment issues to relevant department representatives promptly.
* Offer recommendations for enhancing equipment operation or maintenance procedures.
* Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the maintenance shop and plant work areas.
* Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support production and facility operations.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* At least 1 year of related experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Ability to use mathematical skills for maintenance tasks.
