Job Description: Machinist

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machine tools such as mills, lathes, and machine shop tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions of machined parts.
• Work with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
• Set up tools, load materials, and perform machining tasks according to job requirements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a machinist, demonstrating proficiency in CNC machining.
• Ability to operate and maintain various machine tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in a machining role.
• Familiarity with setting up and adjusting tools for efficient production.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Type: Hourly
• Currency: Dollars ($ - United States of America)
• Minimum Salary: $17 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $22 per hour
