SDR Manager

What you’ll do
Direct and oversee a team of SDRs dedicated to generating high-quality leads and opportunities.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to SDRs to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights.
Formulate and execute strategies to boost team performance and meet sales goals.
Monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Seek innovative ways to engage with relevant prospects at optimal times using effective messaging.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
Maintain a relentless focus on expanding the sales pipeline.
Position Intro:You will be crucial in expanding our reach, enhancing our pipeline, and accelerating our market presence. You will report directly to the Global Growth Marketing Leader and will be instrumental in crafting strategic approaches to meet ambitious growth objectives. This will involve utilizing a mix of sales and lead generation tools, events, and marketing initiatives to drive success and achieve revenue targets.
You’ll do it using:
Demonstrated expertise as a B2B SaaS SDR with a solid track record in prospecting, discovery, and pipeline development.
Extensive experience in leading and motivating a high-performing sales development team.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense to optimize sales efforts.
Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and offer strategic insights.
A good mix of strategic foresight and practical implementation skills.
