**What You’ll Do**
* **Increase Client Capacity:**
* Help us grow from 6 to over 12 clients each month.
* By taking on tasks like research and client updates, you’ll help us serve more clients while keeping our service top-notch.
* **Develop Leadership: **
* Start as a General Virtual Assistant (GVA) and grow into a management role.
* Train new team members and help us handle 30+ deals a month by early 2025.
**What You Need**
* **Language:**
* Must speak English fluently.
* **Technology:**
* Have a computer with a good internet connection.
* **Daily Tasks:**
* Search car websites daily for each client’s deal and update their Google documents with the best options.
**What You'll Achieve**
***** **Update Vehicle Options Daily:**
* Keep client vehicle options current by regularly searching the online car market.
* **Client and Internal Communication:**
* Inform me and our clients about updated vehicle listings and dealership proposals.
* Add any promising listings that match our clients' criteria and update/report for feedback.
***** **Respond to Dealership Emails:**
* Handle email responses from dealerships
