Rivian is looking for a High-Volume Contract Recruiter to help build our Field Organizations across the country and inspire a shift towards renewable energy. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the field businesses and cross-functionally stakeholders to ensure we meet the hiring targets of the teams . This individual must have full cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments across multiple functions and regions.

• Partner with hiring managers to help build Rivian’s field o rganization s , targeting high-performing candidates in hard-to-fill areas

• Support high-volume re cruiting for non-exempt role s in several markets across the country

• Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.

• Create strategies to achieve hiring targets in alignment with headcount obligations

• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g., Business Field Leaders, HR, Legal, Finance, Facilities, etc.)

• Work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action

• Conduct interview training with new managers and provide ongoing coaching of existing managers to ensure interviewing compliance

• Surface opportunities to innovate and improve organizational efficiency continuously

• Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in

• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience ; combination of agency and corporate highly preferred

• Must have experience handling a 30+ req load in a field based or high-volume environment with multiple hiring managers across different regions

• Proven experience in successfully manag ing , prioritiz ing and clos ing jobs against a tight timeline

• Creative, resourceful, and out of the box thinker with the ability to source top talent outside of generic job boards

• High School Diploma required ; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Ability to run recruiting reports and interpret data for business reviews and to create recruiting strateg ies in partnership with the business

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity

Hourly Rate for California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Washington DC Based Applicants: $40-$60 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
