Qualifications:

• Animal Enthusiast: A deep desire to work with animals and a solid understanding of animal husbandry.
• Physically Fit: Ability to perform vigorous physical activities and work in all weather conditions.
• Motivated and Reliable: Excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to work harmoniously with staff and visitors.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Work Schedule:

• Part-Time Hours: 24 to 32 hours per week, with the potential for full-time for the right candidate.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work weekends and holidays, as our animals need daily care.

Essential Requirements:

• Dependability: Reliable transportation and a commitment to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Animal Care: Daily feeding, cleaning, and enrichment of animal habitats.
• Facility Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining animal facilities, exhibits, and enclosures.
• Diet Preparation: Preparing a variety of animal diets.
• Enrichment Programs: Assisting in the creation and implementation of environmental enrichment activities.
• Veterinary Assistance: Helping with veterinary care as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively within a team.
• Event Participation: Supporting farm events and activities.
