Description of the Role: As a F&I Manager for Michael Hohl Honda, you will play a key role in driving additional revenue for the dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to sell finance and insurance programs, as well as other appropriate after-sale items, to both new and used vehicle customers. Responsibilities: * Ensuring Timely Funding of All Finance Deals. * Providing Customers with a Comprehensive Explanation of Aftermarket Products and Extended Warranties. * Establishing and Maintaining Strong Relationships with Multiple Finance Sources, Including the Manufacturer. * Accurately and Fairly Processing Finance and Lease Deals Through Financial Sources to Secure Approval. * Completing Necessary Paperwork for Vehicle Sales and Leases in an Efficient and Timely Manner. * Thoroughly Checking All Paperwork for Correct Title, Lien Information, Taxes, Etc. Before Forwarding to Accounting. * Offering Customers a Thorough Explanation of Manufacturer and Dealership Service Procedures and Policies. * Continually Seeking out New Lending Institutions to Secure Competitive Interest Rates and Finance Programs. * Working Closely with Sales Managers to Ensure a Reasonable Profit from Every Sale and Establish Sales Department Goals, Objectives, All While Providing Excellent Customer Service. Requirements: * Automotive Finance & Insurance experience required - Minimum of two to four years related experience * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. * Effective presentation skills to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. * Aptitude for working with mathematical concepts and applying them to practical situations (fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.). * Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented. * Excellent communication skills. * Valid Driver's License. (Must have clear MVR) * Must pass background check and drug test.
