Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide proactive, executive-level support to the VP of Virtual Assistant Services. This role is essential in enabling the VP to focus on strategic initiatives that drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities
Represent the Organization: Act as a positive ambassador, embodying our core values and culture in all interactions.
Support the VP: Serve as the VP's liaison to team members, clients, and partners. Anticipate their needs, manage correspondence, and facilitate professional and personal development opportunities.
Project Participation: Engage in growth-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
Meeting Management: Plan and execute internal team meetings and events, including comprehensive scheduling, coordination of agendas, and preparation.
Calendar Coordination: Manage a complex calendar, prioritizing appointments to maximize the VP's efficiency while balancing personal and professional commitments.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, while leveraging preferred travel reward programs.
Communication Management: Handle the VP's email inbox, draft communications, and make informed decisions on their behalf while upholding confidentiality.
Reporting and Administrative Support: Oversee dashboards and reports for accuracy, file expense reports, and manage gifting and note cards for clients and team members.
Additional Tasks: Complete any ad-hoc projects or personal tasks as delegated by the VP.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a servant leader, embodying professionalism and proactive support. You should possess:

A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders, preferably at the C-suite level.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A positive mindset, self-discipline, and the ability to take initiative.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external partners.
A collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute to team projects.
Comfort and proficiency with technology to facilitate remote work effectively.
A high degree of autonomy, enabling you to work successfully in a virtual environment.
Working Conditions
This role offers the flexibility to work from home full-time, requiring a dedicated and secure workspace free of distractions. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, with some roles potentially requiring travel.

Salary
Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $55,000 per year.
