We are an seeking energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as Event Promotions Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of our high-impact events by assisting with event promotion, community outreach, and engaging participants. Working closely with our event teams, your efforts will help increase attendance, raise awareness, and generate support for important causes. This entry-level position offers full training, providing an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in event promotion and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown to ensure seamless event execution.
Promote campaigns by distributing promotional materials, representing the cause, and engaging potential participants.
Interact with event attendees to answer questions, provide event details, and communicate the mission being supported.
Handle event sign-ups, manage donation processing, and collect attendee feedback for future event improvements.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all event goals are met on time and within budget.
Participate in training focused on event marketing strategies, promotional best practices, and community engagement.
