Title: EDI Developer

Location: Fully Remote (within India)

Shift Timing: Should be available until 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM CST

Description

• We are seeking an experienced EDI Developer to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Sterling B2Bi Integrator (EDI) and Eliassen (Lightwell) Framework products.
• You will be responsible for implementing customer-driven customizations and managing customer/trading partner relationships directly.

Technical Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi Integrator (EDI) and Eliassen (Lightwell) Framework products.
• Strong experience in implementing custom EDI solutions as per customer/trading partner specifications.
• Proven track record of managing customer/trading partner relationships directly, with an understanding of their unique business requirements.
• Knowledge of CSV, XML, EDI (ASC), and SQL Server.
• Experience with Jira for project tracking and issue management.

Preferred Skills:

• While knowledge of EDI integration with other systems is not a necessity, an understanding of how EDI interacts with broader enterprise systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote environment.

Key Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client requirements.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.
• Must be available during CST hours (until 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM CST) for daily stand-ups and customer communications.
