Customization and Configuration: MS Dynamics to meet the specific needs of our
organization, including development, system documentation, unit testing and technical
support
Integration: Integrate MS Dynamics with other software and systems, such as version
control systems, DevOps continuous integration(CI) tools, and third-party applications.
utilize tools or write ETL scripts to import data from external systems
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users to ensure they can
effectively use Dynamics for project management, issue tracking, and collaboration.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for Dynamics configurations, customizations,
and integrations.a
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and errors within Dynamics, working
closely with the IT and support teams.
Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of Dynamics and implement
optimizations as needed to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that DFS MS Dynamics environment is configured
and maintained in accordance with security and compliance standards and also,
