Join Our Team as a CSR/Teller at a Community Bank in Farmersville, TX!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity in banking? Our Farmersville, TX, community bank is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CSR/Teller to join our team!

As a CSR/Teller, you’ll be the friendly face that meets customer expectations with professionalism and enthusiasm. You’ll handle a variety of transactions, including checking, savings, and credit accounts, while also promoting our range of banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and address customers by name, attentively listening to their requests and concerns, and providing timely assistance in line with bank procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are correctly entered into the system.
• Handle checks, cash, and negotiable instruments, verifying amounts and endorsements to maintain accuracy.
• Promote and explain bank services such as loans, insurance, IRAs, CDs, and more, helping customers find the right financial solutions.
• Balance your cash drawer at the end of each shift, report discrepancies, and maintain a secure cash supply within prescribed limits.
• Assist with additional tasks like night deposits, mail banking, loan payments, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Teller or cash handling/balancing experience
• Good personal credit history required and will be verified

Additional Information

Compensation: $18-19/hr
