Job Description

Join our team as an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver! We are looking for motivated and skilled drivers to fill regional and long-distance routes. Enjoy competitive pay, great benefits, and stable work with a leading carrier.

Pay & Benefits:

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,340 or $69,630 annually .
  • Top 10% Drivers: Earn $1,870 weekly or $97,600 annually
  • Home Time: Home weekly, with 7 days on the road and 1 day at home.
  • Freight: No-touch freight, primarily consisting of refrigerated goods and some dry van freight.
  • Equipment: Drive top-notch equipment, including 2021 and up Freightliner Cascadia automatics.
  • Running Area: Primarily Midwest and West Coast, with no runs to NYC or the Northeast.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Must have at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months, or a consistent driving record over the past 10 years.
  • Local experience counts if it meets the criteria (40ft+ trailer, tractor-trailer).
  • Car hauling experience will be accepted as long as it involves a 40+ foot trailer with a disconnecting tractor.

Driving Record:

  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last year or 3 in the past 3 years.
  • No serious driving violations (reckless, negligent driving, leaving the scene, etc.).
  • No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • No license suspensions due to moving violations in the last 12 months.
  • A current, valid DOT medical card with at least 75 days remaining.

Felony and Misdemeanor :

  • Class A felonies must be 10 years old;
  • Class B & C felonies must be outside 7 years
  • No felony convictions related to theft or safety issues in the last 5 years.
  • No DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle, and no more than 2 DUIs in a lifetime.
  • NO SAP Drivers

Drug Testing:

  • Must pass both urine and hair drug screening.
  • No failed drug/alcohol tests or refusals in a lifetime.
