Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls based on assigned programs or projects.
Utilize provided tools to document customer interactions thoroughly.
Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism with every interaction.
Upsell products and services where applicable.
Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
Stay informed about campaign products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:

At least one year of call center experience, including working with automatic dialers and call scripts.
Clear, professional, and friendly voice.
Excellent people skills, active listening, and strong communication abilities.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Sales experience is a plus.
High School diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and computer literacy.
Experience in an outbound call environment.
Work-from-Home Requirements:

PC or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable).
USB-connected headset.
Webcam.
A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (including pets and children).
