Bilingual Senior Digital Marketing Consultant:

Shift Digital is a pioneering digital marketing company that provides innovative enterprise and retailer digital programs to over 40 brands across; automotive, powersports, and hospitality companies. Since 2008, the Shift Digital team has built, deployed and managed easy-to-use solutions focused on all aspects of digital marketing across a client’s retail network.

The Senior Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for consulting with hotel clientele on how to improve their overall digital presence with a key focus on website optimization/conversions and digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, digital marketing trends, and advanced analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing initiatives and will be adept at using data to inform strategic decisions. Title is subject to change to align with internal company position titles.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize with hotel clientele on digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and unique selling propositions.
• Assess performance of digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, various email marketing/CRM platforms, etc.
• Provide guidance on optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing expertise and support as needed.
• Speaking fluent Spanish is a requirement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, website optimization, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
