UCHealth Medical Group and the Anesthesia group are ready to welcome a board-eligible/certified General Anesthesiologist to their team in Southern Colorado. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. Opportunity Details:

• Choose between two distinct practice tracks--Colorado Springs or Pueblo--each offering a diverse case mix and unique professional opportunities.
• Colorado Springs track offers a higher acuity case mix with Level 1 trauma opportunities.
• Pueblo track offers minimal call due to the utilization of established nocturnists, occasional home call with a 45-minute callback time, allowing physicians to live in southern Colorado Springs if desired.
• Maintain your skills by managing cases across multiple settings, including Level 1, 2, and 3 trauma centers and outpatient surgical centers.
• Excellent mix of both supervision and sitting your own cases.
• Experience a broad scope of cases including high acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine, general surgery, vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI.
• Work in a practice with a strong emphasis on regional anesthesia and blocks for optimal patient outcomes.
• Robust mentorship from experienced physicians to help new providers thrive and grow.
• Competitive compensation, including a starting bonus and a two-year retention bonus for the Pueblo track.
• Leadership and teaching opportunities are available but not required.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 2/18/2025.

We are able to support visa candidates for the Pueblo position.

• This position offers a competitive compensation package:
• The pay range for this full-time position is $441,000-$490,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
• Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
